The Basic Manufacturing Process
The method of production, same as any solid carbide end mill, is with a diamond-impregnated grinding wheel installed on a specialized CNC grinding machine. Comparable to most end mills, ball nose end mills will require more than one grinding wheel to complete the tool. Therefore, multiple wheels will be mounted together in what’s commonly referred to as a wheel pack. With stock products, these packs are standardized based on the tool’s design and size. Different wheel grits, diameters and profile shapes will be used based on design criteria by our manufacturing engineers. For custom tools, fewer wheel packs are used in place of more single wheel sets to reduce change over time that often occurs during shorter custom production runs.

E550 general processing milling cutter series adopt domestic high-quality fine grain tungsten steel material. Flexural strength: 3900mpa, grain size: 0.8μm, with coating (black / Bronze) by imported coating equipment. E550 milling cutters are with special angle design and strict quality control, which is especially suitable for ordinary medium and low carbon steel, alloy steel and other materials processing. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all E550 series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.

Packing & Delivery
Packing of Custom tungsten carbide end mills
1>One piece in a platic pipe, 10 pieces per group.
2> Use the air bubble paper to encase the plastic pipe.
3> Put the goods encased with air bubble paper in the carton.
4> Other packing will be accept according to your needs
